My company finds it difficult to wash the walk-in freezer floors because water would make the floors too slick. We can't afford to put too much time into emptying out the freezer to clean it as 1. the food may spoil and 2. external time constraints won't allow us to.

The guys at work smoke weed in the walk in freezer, and I was wondering today why it is that it doesn't smell in there? I know this is pretty random, but I'm really curious about the scientific reason. Thanks!

You can't mop it because it just freezes and becomes slick. There must be a chemical I can use to clean it, I just don't know what it is!
It's a zero degree walk-in containing thousands of dollars worth of product. I can't defrost it because I don't have anywhere else to put the frozen food stored in there.
